Phone Usage Rates

The phone usage rules and rates apply to everyone. If you are on a FREE Trial of Agent Suite, it has already been explained that you will not pay the Monthly Subscription Fee until the Trial ends, but following items are required to use the Platform:

A2P Registration to be able to send messages.
At least 1 phone number to make calls and send SMS messages.
Initial wallet balance of at least $10 to allow phone and SMS Chares to be debited.

Our Billing System works on the Wallet Method.

Your monthly subscription fee gives you access to the platform and all of the custom features. Any usage fees will be debited from your Wallet Balance which is more convenient that having every call/text billed separately.

Your Wallet can be found under Settings/Billing or under Voice and SMS AI if you are on the Hybrid program. Depending on your usage, you can increase the recharge amount to prevent campaigns for being halted if your Wallet Balance hits $0.00.

Below are the charges for using the standard platform

(hybrid will be up to 25% less):

Phone Numbers

Local. $1.265/month Phone numbers are billed monthly from the date the number was obtained.
Toll Free. $2.265/month In the event your Subscription is Paused or Cancelled, all numbers will be lost.

Making Calls

$0.0154 / min
$10 will give you about 650 calls

Receiving Calls

$0.0094 / min
$10 will give you about 1065 calls

Text Messages

$0.00869 / segment send-receive
$0.0200 / segment MMS & Pictures
$10 will give you about 1150 segments
A Mandatory Carrier Fee in the amount of $0.002 - $0.004 per segment is applied to all messages.

*1 segment is equal to an SMS of 160 characters

A2P Phone Registration

Effective August 31, 2023, all SMS and MMS messages sent to U.S. phone numbers using 10DLC phone numbers will fail if not registered with an application-to-process (A2P) campaign.

A2P Registration Fee: $22 - $26 depending on Leadconnecor attaching an A2P Fast track fee.

A2P Monthly recurring fee: $1.65 -$2.75 depending on Campaign size.

Note: One time and a monthly campaign fee is charged for both approved and failed campaigns. Make sure to delete the campaigns which are not in use. You can see the billing detail by navigating to Settings/Company Billing/Then select "See Transactions" under the green box. Under Voice and SMS AI if you are on the Hybrid program.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for adhering to TCPA Call and SMS guidelines and outlined in the Terms And Conditions that you reviewed and agreed to as part of the Sign-up process.
