When you sign up for a plan, the monthly or annual subscription fee will not be charged for 14 days. During that time, you can add phone numbers, create/deploy assistants, and even start selling and collecting revenue from your Clients. You will only pay Agent Suite for the minutes and SMS ai transactions used.

Yes. You can charge a set-up fee and even collect for your Client’s monthly subscription even while you are on the Free Trial.

Your subscription is the license to use and white label the platform as whole. The usage costs associated are the voice minutes. Calls are paid by your wallet balance on Agent Suite, similar to GHL. Each call is $0.07 per minute, billed down to the millisecond of talk time. If you charge $0.13/minute like GHL, the platform will deduct $0.13 from the Client’s wallet balance and $0.07 from your wallet balance thus giving you a profit of 40% or $0.05 per minute.

For AI Messaging you will add your own OpenAI Key and there is no charge from Agent Suite. In the rebilling section you can charge the Client $0.01 or more. The Average cost through OpenAI is less than $0.007 per message. If you do not want to connect your open AI Key, the default charge for AI messaging is $0.02 per message.

Of course! Our goal is to grow and scale alongside you. You are able to upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime you would like - for upgrades and downgrades, they will be prorated at the time of the upgrade or downgrade so that you are only paying for the usage time for the billing period.

Yes. You have unlimited sub-accounts included with your subscription. If you have a Client that has their own GHL Account we have a Partner program where you will still get well compensated for setting them up. You will also be able to login and manage their workspace as you do on your own.
